Caring Cross Child Care
Ages 30 Months to School Age
Our Child Care continues to enhance each child’s developing skills. Language, motor skills, intellectual thinking and cooperative play will further develop in this structured environment. Children will build a healthy self-concept by making choices from several areas of the classroom. Our Child Care program will challenge children to create, think and explore individually or as a group. Socialization continues to be an important part of their day. This will develop through the choices the children make throughout their day and as teachers guide and direct them in their play. Self-help skills are encouraged in this program as well.
Child Care offers opportunities for spiritual growth and faith formation through teacher guided Bible stories, activities, prayers and blessings. Children also attend Chapel time twice a month with the Pastors from St. John’s. This is a great opportunity for the children to get to know the Pastors and quickly becomes a favorite part of Child Care.
Caring Cross Child Care accepts drop-in children if there is availability and staffing allows. If you are in need of drop-in care please contact the Child Care Director.
